Welcome

This is Wellspring Church for Kids!  Ever thought church and Sunday school were boring?  Come visit us and we just might change your mind!

Every Sunday we start off Kids Church by playing a game.  Every week is different.  One week we might toss darts and try to pop balloons. The next week we might have a bucket full of wet sponges to play dodge ball with.

Next we dive right into the lesson.  But it's not boring and slow!  We have object lessons that you kids can help us with!  We have puppet skits and stories with pictures. Sometimes we even have movies with popcorn and juice!

And while you are learning about Jesus and the Bible...you can earn big bucks to buy things from the Kids Church Store!  You get big bucks for memorizing memory verses, bringing in an offering of 50 cents (although an offering is not required) and for helping us during kids church. All your big bucks are totaled and every few weeks we open the store and you can buy toys, coloring books, nail polish, etc.

Right now we are learning about the Old and New Testament.  We are taking a journey through the entire Bible learning about all the things we need to know to be a good Christian. We are learning about how to obey God, worship Him and praise Him, how to be a champion for God by being a strong warrior, how to trust God and many, many other cool things.  We are starting from Genesis and going all the way to Revelation.  Join us for our exciting adventure through the Bible!

Please come and join us this Sunday for Kids Church. Come learn and have fun and make some new friends. We'll see you there!

Kid's Church Information:

Children between the ages of 5 and 12 years old gather together for Children's Church on Sunday morning after Praise & Worship with the main church body. Puppets, skits, and games Bring scripture and Kingdom Principles to life. While in Kid's Church, children earn "Big Bucks" while having fun participating and memorizing Bible verses. Once a month they we open the "Big Bucks" store and the children redeem their "Big Bucks" for age appropriate items from the store. Some items require a lot of saving, while others are very "Big Buck" inexpensive.  From this the children learn that you reap what you sow, both in the manner in which they earn their "Big-Bucks", as well as, how they choose to spend them.  Right now we are using curriculum obtained through Bill Wilson's Ministry titled The Next Generation – Old Testament & New Testament.
